Finally I finished the competition and came back this noon. The competition lasted for almost 6 days.Obviously it was quite a long time.So I didn't attend any classes  this week. It's very normal to feel a sense of guilt right?

When the contest came to the end, we took a group photo, and we headed back to the hospital and packed up our luggage, then dashed toward to the train station. After one and a half hour of journey we finally arrived Hangzhou.

Last night I had only 3~4 hours sleep. So it was very hard for me to keep upbeat today.I felt bloody weak and drowsy today.Worse, I just felt apathetic towards all kinds of things.

The worst thing is there were massive of assignments leaving for me to accomplish.Notwithstanding the drowsiness I felt, I still made up my mind and tried to focus on my assignments.

To summarize the experience of competition I engaged,it was a quite meaningful and colorful memory.Even though I didn't get any prize, it was still a valuable memory which I can cherish in the rest of my life. The competition taught me a valuable lesson that it's demanding for us to perform well under the pressure. What's more, I think dealing with the pressure, handling the stress, is a chronic problem we need to cope with in our whole lives.

In the end ,I want to tell myself.Never lose heart, Never lose your confidence.Facing and overcoming the difficulties is a lifelong lesson. No matter how difficult the challenge is,just keep upbeat and see the bright side instead of dwelling on the negative.
